Our Service uses YouTube API Services to allow You to display YouTube content on Your screens. By using this integration, You are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. We do not store Your YouTube credentials; all authentication is handled via OAuth.
Canva Integration
Our Service integrates with Canva Connect to allow You to browse and import Your Canva designs directly into DigitalSigns.ai. By using this integration:
- Data Access: We only access Canva designs and metadata that You explicitly choose to import or list through the Canva Connect interface.
- Data Usage: Imported designs are used to create content for Your digital signage displays.
- Data Retention: We retain imported Canva assets as long as Your DigitalSigns.ai account remains active. If You disconnect Your Canva account or delete Your DigitalSigns.ai account, all associated Canva data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days.
- Data Storage & Hosting: All imported data is stored securely in our cloud-based infrastructure (hosted on AWS and Google Cloud) using industry-standard encryption.

To display Instagram or Facebook feeds, our Service utilizes Meta APIs. Your use of these features is governed by Meta's Privacy Policy. We only collect public data or data You have authorized us to access via the Meta authentication flow for display purposes on Your signage.
