Step-by-Step: Adding Announcement to Your Playlist
Open Playlists
Go to Playlists and create a new playlist or open an existing one.

Open the Apps Tab
Inside the playlist editor, switch to the Apps tab.

Add Announcement
Find Announcement in the list and click the + button.

Configure Settings
Enter the required details and adjust display options, then click Save.

Save the Playlist
Save the playlist to confirm the app is added.
